Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

However, if the item arrives:

then Willowfield will cover the return shipping costs and provide a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
